Mrs. Courtney Marie Vincent, LMSW
Preferred Name: Vincent
About Me
My name is Courtney Vincent, and my journey into the mental health field began with a passion for helping others. I started my career in education as an elementary teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for connection, compassion, and creating spaces where individuals feel safe and supported.
I later transitioned into clinical therapy, where I discovered a strong passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate difficult experiences, heal from the past, and move toward meaningful change. I take pride in fostering a therapeutic environment that feels safe, genuine, and free of judgment, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the healing process.
Through my clinical work, I found EMDR to be a modality that strongly aligns with my approach to therapy. I value EMDR’s ability to help individuals process difficult experiences, address emotional distress, and move toward healing in a way that honors each person’s unique story and pace.
Education & Experience
I am a master’s-level clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals across educational, nonprofit, and private practice settings. I spent five years working in the nonprofit sector before transitioning to an Intermediate School District, where I currently work as a general education social worker supporting students, families, and educators.
In addition to my work in education, I am the owner of EverBloom Counseling & Wellness, where I provide clinical therapy with a special focus on women’s mental health. I am particularly passionate about supporting women navigating perimenopause, menopause, infertility, and other significant life transitions. My clinical approach is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful change. EMDR has become an important part of my clinical practice and a modality I value for helping clients process distressing and traumatic experiences.
