About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am passionate about working with couples who are having communication challenges and with individuals who are working through trauma. My goal is to join along side you during your time of need as well as your time of comfort so that you don't have to work on these issues alone. I hope to teach healthy communication skills, healthy boundaries to have in realtionships, problem solving skills, and to release you from burdens your past traumas have caused you.

Education & Experience

I am excited about education and pride myself in staying up to date with my education and training to give my clients the best therapeutic experience possible. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University (CSU) and I received a Master's of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis is Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Brandman University, a Chapman University System. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and was taught by and consulted with Kim Johnson.
