I’m Courtney Tiner, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified EMDR therapist, dedicated to guiding individuals towards a life of freedom and fulfillment. My approach combines attachment-focused EMDR and ego states to help clients process and integrate their most challenging experiences, partnering with them to reclaim their agency and self-worth. Since 2014, I’ve supported complex trauma survivors in reclaiming their lives through evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs. I prioritize creating a nurturing and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of self.

Attachment & Complex Trauma: I assist individuals in overcoming the effects of complex trauma, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to their unique needs and experiences.
