About Me
As a clinician, my philosophy has always been to meet my patients wherever they are. If you are not sure where to begin, that is perfectly OK. We can figure it out together and take things one session at a time! I believe in working collaboratively while using CBT for treatment. I am also trained in EMDR to address any past trauma.
Education & Experience
I received my Master's degree from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Mental Health Counseling and am an LMHC. I have a background in treating individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and who've suffered from PTSD. I am also trained in EMDR.
