About Me
Hello! I identify as a complex trauma survivor, and EMDR has completely changed my life. I love blending EMDR and IFS. My current passion is supporting therapists! I am only doing therapy virtually in the state of Colorado at this time. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Approved IFS Consultant, and am currently on a mission to support therapists to sustain in our field!
