I enjoy being a part of someone’s journey to a better self. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I help clients move through the emotional and physical pain that can come from trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and other life experiences.
Education & Experience
I started my own business in 2016 and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Wellness Coach. I was raised in Northwest and have lived in the area most of my life. I attended Lewis-Clark State College for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Argosy University, in Texas, for my graduate degree in Professional Counseling. I have over 14 years of experience in clinical counseling. I currently hold an active license for both the State of Idaho and State of Washington.
