About Me
Clinical specialties include trauma, grief/loss, addiction/chemical health, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, panic, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, sleep issues, work concerns, stress management, life transition, or other relationship concerns including serving the LGBT population. Cynthia does integrative assessments and is trained in DC-05.
Cynthia has extensive experience providing support for military families and active/non active duty members as well as law enforcement, first responders and health care professionals.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Insomnia, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma and Trauma Focused CBT. Cynthia is EMDR Certified and is an Approved Consultant. She provides, individual, couples and group therapy including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has specialized training to work with law enforcement community.
Education & Experience
Masters Degree and certified EMDR therapist for several years and an approved consultant. I am a licensed psychologist in the State of Minnesota.
