About Me
I currently have a Telehealth-only practice. I have been surprised and delighted at how well EMDR works online. I have a client-centered, attachment-based approach to therapy. I believe everyone is capable of healing from past hurts and traumas, change, and growth. I practice from the place of knowledge that we can heal, change, and grow much easier and quicker while in relationship with supportive humans. I hold space, guide, and support my clients on their journeys of healing, changing, and growth.
