About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over six years of experience helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale — where you don’t have to have everything figured out or carry everything alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe, understood, and supported.

I specialize in trauma-informed care using EMDR. Rather than only talking through challenges, we’ll also focus on regulating your nervous system so real, lasting change can happen.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationships, and more at ease in your daily life.

Education & Experience

I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have over six years of clinical experience specializing in trauma treatment for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. For the past two years, I have served as a clinical supervisor, training and supporting other therapists in trauma-informed approaches
