She uses EMDR, active listening, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral restructuring. She specializes in helping individuals through family-life transitions. Dana is dedicated to offering a safe and private environment for reflection, education, and personal growth. Dana provides services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or adjustment conflict. She is passionate about teaching coping skills, communication skills and provides psychoeducation so that clients can learn to manage future difficult circumstances independently and successfully. Dana is guided by the belief that successful therapeutic relationships are created with purpose, provides deep healing, and can be faith-based.
