About Me

I specialize in EMDR and am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, working with adults navigating trauma, grief (including pet loss), addiction, and concerns related to sex, sexuality, and identity.

I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals—including transgender and nonbinary clients—while welcoming and working with people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles. I also work with military personnel, veterans, first responders, and men’s issues, and engage with a diverse range of adults beyond these populations.

In addition, I provide treatment for individuals struggling with harmful sexual behaviors or desires, offering a space to address these concerns with accountability, clarity, and without shame.

My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I take a holistic, person-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual and their values. In addition to EMDR, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapies to support meaningful, lasting change.
