About Me

There are many ways we as humans can find ourselves stuck in patterns that don’t serve us, in our jobs, in our relationships, as parents, or in connecting to ourselves and what makes us happy. I have found EMDR to be a highly practical way to guide my clients to discover for themselves the beliefs that operate sometimes in our awareness and often outside of consciousness that can feel almost like the strings of a puppeteer, moving us to automatically react, feel, think, and operate in our lives in ways that seem to want to be helpful but often miss the mark, or even at times lead us wildly astray. I interweave many methods and techniques within EMDR as part of a collaborative process to find the path through to where you want to be with yourself and in your life.
