About Me

I am here to tell you that healing from difficult life experiences, negative relationship patterns, and yes, trauma, is possible. The vulnerability to ask for help and reach out takes courage. I consider it an honor to sit with my clients and hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space for them to discuss shame, hurt, and trauma in order to move forward and find hope and healing. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I offer individual and group support for adult women coping with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, grief and loss. I believe change occurs in the context of a supportive, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard and attuned to their chosen counselor. I offer Telehealth services in both Kansas and Washington State.
