About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in New Jersey with over 5 years' experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in working with adults (18+) to overcome a variety of challenges such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, life transitions, faith/spirituality, chronic illness and grief. Many clients who have lived through psychological/emotional abuse come to me to find their voice and increase their self-worth. I am passionate about helping others find their individual healing process and live balanced, healthy lives.
