About Me
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in British Columbia, providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing occurs when people feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma, attachment injuries, post-traumatic stress, and the ways difficult life experiences shape our beliefs about ourselves and others. My goal is to help clients move beyond symptom management toward meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel supported while developing greater resilience, self-compassion, and connection to their values.
EMDR therapy is a central part of my practice and is thoughtfully integrated with other evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs.
