About Me

Helping people succeed in love is my life’s work. I’ve dedicated my career to teaching people relationship skills because I know that the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships. We don’t thrive in love by chance. We thrive in love when we’ve mastered relationship skills. None of us are born with them — but all of us can learn them. That said, past trauma impacts our ability to learn relationship skills, which is why I began my trauma training and ultimately became certified in EMDR. What I have learned along the way is that EMDR can be enormously effective in rapidly healing old wounds, giving clients choices in how they show up in all of their relationships. I believe that the most important element to successful treatment is the connection between the client and the therapist. In my opinion, the era of working with a therapist with whom one feels no earthly or human connection, has passed. I pride myself on being real with my clients. I’m known as a relationship therapist because the cornerstone of my methodology is helping you to create thriving relationships in every area of your life. I do that by teaching you communication skills, emotional management skills, and socialization skills, *and I do this only with individuals. I'm currently accepting new patients.
