I have been practicing EMDR as a licensed therapist since 2022, integrating EMDR into my work to support clients in processing trauma and creating meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University and my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I volunteered as a therapist with Yuan Ben in China for two years, providing therapeutic support to individuals in the community. I then spent five years as a volunteer therapist with The Well International in Chiang Mai, Thailand, serving individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I currently practice as a therapist with Urban Skye in Colorado, where I continue to support clients through their healing and personal growth.
