About Me
I believe everyone holds the power to be the person they want to be, no matter their past, no matter their present. My job as your therapist is to assist you in creating the present you want for yourself, so you can build the future you deserve.
I work with adolescents and adults of all ages genders and sexualities in a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space. Using person-centered and evidenced-based approaches to counseling, I aim to help people who’ve been traumatized by events and experiences, as well as those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or recovering from abuse - whether it be from another person, substances, or alcohol.
I pull from my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Ego State Therapy, to best meet your needs, all while building upon your strengths, so you can be the author of your own story.
