About Me
Working as a social worker/ psychotherapist for 25 years, my philosophy is that each person can find their own path and their own meaning. Many times, they can cognitively understand their own therapeutic struggles but get stuck in a negative narrative about themselves that is holding them back from moving forward. That is were EMDR is a game changer for them. I truly love what I do and EMDR helps me guide my clients attain the life they deserve.
