About Me
Sometimes life can be overwhelming. When you think there is no hope and your faith has worn thin, let me lend you mine. I want to be there to help you through stressful times. I respect diverse faiths and values offering individual, marriage, and family therapy for anyone, and I provide Christian therapy to those who want to incorporate a Biblical worldview. I love empowering individuals to work through life’s difficulties and change negative thinking and behaviors. I like connecting with couples and families to repair relationships and restore harmony. I enjoy teenagers who need to learn coping and life skills and parents who need coaching. I also see clients who are working to free themselves from the bondage of substance and behavioral addictions. I’ve been married 45 years and have three adult children and three grandchildren. I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling in 2002, and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of West Virginia since 2009, but I have been a counselor since I can remember. One of my greatest pleasures is helping people heal from hurts, fears, grief, and pain to live rewarding and meaningful lives. I want to help you restore and improve your relationships.
