About Me

She earned her undergrad and graduate degrees at Eastern Washington University. She also has a certificate in Developmental Disabilities. Debra has over 10 years’ experience working with people who have dementia and their caregivers. She worked with people in their homes to overcome barriers of aging in place as long as possible. Debra has worked with therapeutic needs foster children. She also has experience working with incarcerated individuals. Debra is EMDR and IFS trained. She also is certified with Populations with Mental Illness and Cognitive Limitations. She works with a strengths base and motivational modalities. Debra works with a person-centered approach to her clients. Debra’s faith helps guide her in meeting each client where they are and helping them become the person they would like to be.
