About Me
Hello, I’m Deirdra! I am a Florida LMHC and certified in EMDR. I offer a compassionate and collaborative style to therapy and incorporate Ego State techniques, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into my practice.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in mental health counseling at Florida Atlantic University. I Have been trained and certified in EMDR. I have mostly worked with adults ages 18 and up with complex PTSD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, phobias and LGBTQ+ minority stress.
