About Me
Hello there! I am Deirdre and I am a trauma therapist! I work best with clients who are working on chronic anxiety/worry, need to work on people pleasing behaviors, setting boundaries, letting go of perfectionism, and healing the roots of their past traumas. I also have a specialty with substance use disorders.
Education & Experience
I have been working as a licensed counselor since 2017, and started working with substance use disorder populations. I received my masters in counseling from University of Mary in Fargo, North Dakota in 2017. I have since opened my private practice, Inner World Counseling Services, PLLC for North Dakota and Minnesota residents to help them heal from their traumas.
