About Me
I am a late-diagnosed AuDHD parent and father to two adult children. I have been in and out of “Empty Nesting” multiple times over the last 5 years as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown in NY, a college student being sent home in early March for most of the year, and navigating a lot of change within the family. Change is constant - but it doesn’t have to be miserable!
