About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. I have been in private practice since 1992, working with children, adolescents, and adults around issues of anxiety, depression/mood disorder, or who are experiencing difficulties with interpersonal relationships, stage of life development, or expression of the true nature of Self. I specialize in working with people who are ready to move through the issues in which they feel “stuck” so they can use their energy in more positive and productive ways. I utilize a systems approach in working with all clients and employ a variety of theoretical frameworks, including: CBT, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and meditation, Interactive Guided Imagery, clinical hypnosis, EMDR, expressive arts, relaxation, psychological astrology, and emotional release techniques. My training also includes a strong background in Structural and Strategic Family Therapy.
Education & Experience

I have extensive experience in grief and loss, also receiving certification as an End of Life Doula in 2019 from the University of Vermont. Since 1999 I have practiced and taught Usui Reiki to groups and individuals and currently teach classes upon request.
