About Me
I have over twenty-five years of experience working in the counselling field in a wide variety of settings. This includes extensive experience in the addiction and mental health field as well as working with trauma, PTSD, co-dependency, family of origin, inner child, ACOA (adult children of alcoholics and other dysfunctional families) and unresolved childhood issues.
Education & Experience
In addition to my Masters in Counselling Psychology I have extensive training in EMDR including Basic Training Level 1 and 2, EMDR DeTUR Protocol, Parnell's Attachment Focused EMDR, EMDR Flash Technique (Basic and Advanced Training) & Flashforward for fears, OCD & phobias.
