About Me
I am a CDA Licensed Social Worker in Dubai, with experience across child and adolescent mental health, private practice, school-based services and statutory social care, including previous work within an NHS CAMHS crisis service.
I work with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns and adjustment challenges.
I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training and consultation, alongside additional training in CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and play-based approaches.
My current practice focuses primarily on therapeutic work with children, adolescents and families.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care from Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland.
