About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and EMDR-trained therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and chronic stress. My work is grounded in evidence-based, compassionate care that honors the mind–body connection and each client’s unique story.
I integrate EMDR with somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CPT, and ACT to support clients in healing from complex trauma, relational wounds, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. My therapeutic style is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in safety, empowerment, and nervous system regulation.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have learned to be “high-functioning” while carrying invisible pain, those navigating burnout, identity stress, or life transitions, and people from marginalized communities seeking affirming, inclusive care.
In our work together, I prioritize helping clients build internal safety, reconnect with their bodies, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop self-trust. EMDR allows us to gently access and reprocess past experiences while staying grounded in the present, supporting deep and lasting change.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you move toward greater resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.

Education & Experience

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have completed advanced training in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment modalities through practicum, internship, and postdoctoral training. I am EMDR-trained through an EMDRIA-approved program and maintain ongoing consultation and continuing education to ensure high-quality, ethical care.
My professional background includes providing psychotherapy in community mental health, private practice, and integrated healthcare settings. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families presenting with complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions.
In addition to clinical practice, I am engaged in wellness education, community outreach, and professional development initiatives. I regularly collaborate with medical providers, wellness professionals, and community organizations to support holistic and culturally responsive care.
I currently provide services through my private practice and via interstate telehealth platforms, allowing me to serve clients across multiple states.
