About Me
I am committed to helping you by being the passenger not the driver nor the back seat driver in your vehicle of life. I believe that you are the expert in your own life experiences and sometimes we need a little assistance in creating our own visible path. Reaching out for assistance is that sign of resilience and bravery, I am dedicated to assisting you in that journey. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in helping clients achieve their goals. My outlook in therapy is to begin with a modality known as client centered, or through a curious mind. I utilize this approach in asking questions, so that I may learn more about you. By all means you are the expert of your life, I am just curious to understand more about you and your journey. This allows me to better understand the struggles or difficulties that you have held onto. It is important that I learn about the reason you have reached out for therapy, and the goals you would hope to meet. As we continue through treatment, I will utilize various treatment models to provide a therapy that is unique to you and your personal goals. I hope to provide you skills that will benefit you in all areas of your life.
