I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) with over 10 years of professional experience. My qualifications include specialized training in EMDR, Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT), and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). I have worked across a variety of settings, including primary health care, schools as a counselor, and inpatient and outpatient substance use disorder treatment centers. Before transitioning to the mental health field, I was a physical education teacher and trainer in Argentina, which further enriches my holistic approach to wellness and recovery.
