I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York, specializing in individual therapy for adults. I am EMDR certified and used this powerful approach to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and achieve personal growth. In addition to weekly sessions, I offer EMDR intensives for those seeking a focused and accelerated approach to healing. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for clients to navigate challenges and create lasting change. I accept insurance for individual therapy using ALMA and see self pay clients as well. If you are not interested in utilizing insurance, individual therapy sessions are $150 for 50 minute clinical session and $200 per hour for EMDR intensives. **EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance and superbills will not be provided.
