About Me
I help adults identify what's inside that's holding them back in their personal and professional relationships. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, such as EMDR therapy and attachment-based approaches, I help adults identify negative core beliefs they may hold about themselves so they can replace them with more reality-based perspectives and insights. If you feel like you're just existing, living a life that's falling short of your own expectations, or wondering, "Is this how it's got to be?," let's talk.
Education & Experience
Working in a variety of clinical settings since 2015, I've helped adults get mentally healthier through individual and group therapy. Licensed in NY and NJ, I'm a National Certified Counselor (NCC), trained in trauma-informed therapy (EMDR - working toward certification), and have 30 years of corporate experience. My education includes a MA/EdS in Counseling from Seton Hall University, a MS in Public Relations from Boston University, and a BS in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
