About Me
Eileen received a Masters of Religion and Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she completed her thesis entitled, "Feminist Ritual: Healing, Transformation and Empowerment." She also completed two years of clinical training in Individual and Family Therapy at Interfaith Counselling Centre in Kitchener, Ontario. Eileen has over 30 years of experience; this has led her to utilize a wide range of therapeutic approaches including: EMDR Therapy Cognitive, Behavioural Therapy Mindfulness Expressive Arts Therapy Internal Family Systems (IFS) Eileen can assist you to cope with: Recent or childhood trauma Depression Anxiety Grief and life transitions Personal growth and performance enhancement Eileen is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (Reg#: 003747). She is a certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Her services are covered by most insurance policies.
