I work with young adults who want to rediscover their strengths, befriend their shortcomings, create deep relationships, and move through life’s complexities. I'm EMDR Certified and working towards certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I'm grounded in a somatic and attachment focused approach to EMDR. I see an individual's strengths and challenges from a biopsychosocial-spiritual lens. I believe you are the expert of your experience so our work together is collaborative.
