About Me
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have provided psychotherapy services to various populations including children and families in private practice, adults with substance abuse issues in intensive outpatient settings, teens in residential treatment. I have developed a passion for working with teens and adults who are seeking healing and have the emotional need to carve their own path in life. I have experience working with individuals who want to understand and overcome their issues related to addiction, codependency, trauma, attachment trauma, self-doubt, depression, anxiety, toxic guilt and shame. I use a framework that is insight-oriented to help the client become more aligned with who they truly are and to create space for autonomy and connection.
