About Me

Elisa Nebolsine is an EMDR and CBT therapist, author, and teacher who lives and works in Alexandria, Virginia. Elisa’s therapy practice focuses on high-achieving teens and adults. She is the author of two books, Your Amazing Teen Brain: CBT and Neuroscience Skills to Stress Less, Balance Emotions, and Strengthen Your Growing Mind and The Grit Workbook for Kids: CBT Skills to Help Kids Cultivate a Growth Mindset and Build Resilience. Elisa is an adjunct faculty at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia and the Catholic University of America. Elisa consults and presents locally and nationally.
