I am A Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Pennsylvania and Florida, specializing in adult and couples therapy. With a commitment to providing a supportive environment, I facilitate open expression of thoughts and emotion for my clients.
Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I combine various evidence-based techniques tailored to the individual client needs. I draw from a spectrum of therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), Interpersonal therapy (IPT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and motivational interviewing. Education & Experience
I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Scranton. My clinical experience includes work in Community Mental Health, substance use treatment, and private practice.
I have worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment concerns, and relationship challenges. My experience also includes work with military and law enforcement populations. My clinical approach emphasizes a safe, supportive environment where clients can process distressing experiences and build adaptive coping and resilience.
