About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children/adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with trauma, chronic stress, attachment/relationship issues, and complex PTSD. I currently provide Intensive EMDR/Trauma-Focused Therapy Retreats for both local and out-of-state guests. Intensive retreats typically involve 3-5 days of personalized one-on-one therapy to effectively process life events that contribute to negative self-beliefs, strong reactions, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. I am truly passionate about this work, and feel privileged to see the transformative and lasting change that can occur in a period of days. In addition to direct clinical work, I enjoy providing supervision and consultation for other professionals, providing community trainings and presentations on trauma-informed care, assisting with EMDR trainings, and working with local schools to promote mindfulness interventions for children.
