About Me

I am an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Trainer and Consultant and the founder of a group practice specializing in complex and developmental trauma.

I serve as a facilitator with www.emdrandtraining.com and integrate EMDR therapy with Schema Therapy (Certified Schema Therapist), Internal Family Systems–informed approaches, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.

I am also a Certified Meditation Teacher and trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and I offer Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy as part of an integrative trauma treatment approach. I provide virtual and in-person services throughout New York City and New York State.
