About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in Chicago. My areas of focus and specialization are in reproductive health and the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum), complex childhood trauma support and recovery, and LGBTQIA-affirmative practice. I can help with adult or childhood trauma, perinatal mental health concerns and birth trauma (for birthing and non-birthing parents), vicarious trauma, family-building concerns or infertility, gender and sexual identity exploration and development, family and relationship difficulties, and grief. I can also help with mood issues (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder). I have experience supporting people with ADHD and learning disabilities, and use a neurodiversity affirming approach. My approach to clinical work is relational and systemic. This means that I see relationships as foundational to healing and well-being, that I understand problems (and their solutions) to be rooted both within and outside individuals themselves.
