About Me

Elizabeth Geraldes, LPC, NCC, ACS, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Kean University in 2016.

Education & Experience

Elizabeth has extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation immigrants and individuals struggling with anxiety disorders. As a neurodivergent therapist, she has dedicated many years to supporting and coaching individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Additionally, she has specialized training in trauma-informed care, with a focus on abuse, violence, and intergenerational trauma. Elizabeth’s lifelong passion is to provide relief and hope to those she serves. Her career in mental health has included roles as a Respite Worker, Clinical Case Manager, Crisis Counselor for a suicide hotline in NYC, and positions in private practice as both a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. Elizabeth is committed to delivering evidence-based practices and holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TEAM-CBT, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her goal is to provide meaningful support to individuals who are ready to take the next step in their journey toward healing and personal growth.
