About Me
I am a clinical social worker in practice since 1996. I am a trauma therapist with extensive experience and training in EMDR, Sandplay, DBT, ACT and CBT. I am also bilingual and bicultural Spanish speaking and have served diverse communities within the community mental health setting for now over 25 years.
Education & Experience
I got my MSW in 1996 from UCLA and I have 25 years experience in community mental health and Im also in private practice. I have extensive experience working with trauma as well as anxiety disorders.

I serve on the board of Hijos del Sol a Latinx art program for kids located in the Salinas Valley.
