Life stages and transitions bring with them many joys, challenges and uncertainties. Mental, emotional and spiritual obstacles often leave us stuck or prevent us from fully realizing the joy and peace we desire in life. As a License Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Trauma and EMDR Therapist, I provide a safe, confidential, and trustworthy space for you and your loved ones to share your concerns. I have a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counseling along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My passion in working with couples and families is to help them develop strategies for understanding the truth of their circumstances and better equip them for future challenges.
