About Me
My approach as a therapist is relational and warm and I deeply honor the intentional time set aside by each of my clients to do this courageous work. As a trauma-informed provider, I work to co-create a compassionate and non-judgmental space and value offering clients transparency, power, and choice in our work together. My areas of specialization include trauma, violence, grief, and spirituality. My prior experience has been supporting individuals navigating intimate partner abuse, sexual abuse, clergy/spiritual abuse, purity culture deconstruction, chronic pain, medical trauma, LGBTQIA+ matters, vicarious trauma (mh/healthcare workers, clergy, first responders), grief, and loss. My approach to EMDR uses a relational & attachment lens & weaves in IFS/ ego-state and somatic work into the mix, I am licensed in NJ, MA, & FL reside in NJ, & offer tele-health to MA & FL residents. I currently offer EMDR in extended (90-120 minutes) & intensive (half day-3 day retreat style) sessions .
