About Me
My approach as a therapist is relational and warm and I deeply honor the intentional time set aside by each of my clients to do this courageous work. As a trauma-informed provider, I work to co-create a compassionate and non-judgmental space and value offering clients transparency, power, and choice in our work together. My areas of specialization include trauma, violence, grief, and spirituality. My prior experience has been supporting individuals navigating intimate partner abuse, sexual abuse, clergy/spiritual abuse, purity culture deconstruction, chronic pain, medical trauma, LGBTQIA+ matters, vicarious trauma (mh/healthcare workers, clergy, first responders), grief, and loss. I use a relational & attachment approach to EMDR weave IFS, Brainspotting & polyvagal work into the mix. I am licensed in ME, MA, NJ, & FL reside in ME, & offer tele-health to NJ, MA & FL residents. I currently offer EMDR in the intensive format (3 hour sessions) to maximize momentum, safety, & progress. I am also an EMDRIA Approved Consultant & regularly run consultation groups to support EMDR learning journeys for other clinicians.
