About Me

My approach as a therapist is relational and warm and I deeply honor the intentional time set aside by each of my clients to do this courageous work. As a trauma-informed provider, I work to co-create a compassionate and non-judgmental space and value offering clients transparency, power, and choice in our work together. My areas of specialization include trauma, violence, grief, and spirituality. My prior experience has primarily been supporting individuals navigating intimate partner abuse, human trafficking, sexual assault, clergy abuse, community violence, cancer diagnoses, and reproductive loss. My favorite therapeutic approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, & Somatic Methods. I am dually licensed in NJ & MA, reside in NJ, & offer telehealth to MA residents.
