About Me
One of the most exciting and painful journeys we face is truly understanding who we are and who we can become. One of my biggest passions in practice is empowering people as they take this journey. With neurodiversity, many people have found this process stressful and even traumatic. In reality, what they are capable of is often truly remarkable when they learn to embrace it. I have found so much joy in watching clients find relief, empathy for themselves, and excitement when they learn to understand themselves. View 28 Photos My specialities include high-functioning ASD, ADHD, and trauma but I have worked with people in many life circumstances. At The Mind and Body Clinic, we strive to help our clients gain holistic health. In therapy I use EMDR and CBT, we have a nutritionist available, and we work with medical providers to explore how nutrition, hormones, etc impact us. I am often told my clients appreciate my straight forward style. By the time most people come to me they have exhausted their other options. While my main goal is to help people learn to meet their own needs, if desired, I can help point out patterns, challenge thinking traps, or empower people to see a greater potential.
