Hi! I'm Elizabeth, and I would be honored to work with you on your healing journey. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for collaboration, exploration, and growth while helping you develop hope, expand your capacity to make positive changes, and gain courage and confidence to take steps toward your goals. I have advanced training in treating anxiety, grief, spiritual struggles, and perinatal challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting women and men navigating fertility, pregnancy and postpartum mood issues, perinatal loss and grief, and the adjustment to parenthood.

M.A. Clinical Mental Health, M.A. Intercultural Studies, B.A. Psychology. Experience: College Counseling, Substance Recovery Counseling, Community Mental Health Counseling.
