About Me

Hi there!

I'm Lizzi-lover of coffee and camping adventures.

I've been in the field for over a decade and love working with adults who have complex childhoods or those who out-think and out-perform everyone around them.

My clients have adapted from their trauma in ways that seem shiny and productive but they still feel exhausted. They are high achieving and hard working, but carrying silent burdens they don't know what to do with.

My style is down to earth, collaborative, engaged, a little funny, and a little nerdy. I want my clients to understand what is going on in their brain and bodies as a result of their pain. I want them to feel seen and to realize that they, in fact, are not crazy.

I'm an eternal optimist and believe that a whole lot of healing can happen in safe and steady therapeutic settings.
