About Me
I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with teens through seniors, on anxiety and depression, relationship issues, addiction recovery, issues related to trauma, and unresolved grief. I also do couples therapy.
Education & Experience
Trained in doing psychodynamic therapy, I've expanded into an eclectic approach utilizing ACT, DBT, and CBT. I'm Gottman level 2 trained, certified in EMDR, and trained in DBT. I have extensive background in Complex Trauma work. My first experience was using behavioral modification at De Pelchin's Children's Center for adolescents. I also have an in depth understand of 12 step recovery programs.
