About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma and grief issues in children and adults. When our children struggle, we struggle too. With decades of experience working with children and families in many different life situations, I can help your child and you learn skills to help cope with life stressors. As a national certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral therapist and an EMDR therapist, I am trained in evidenced-based therapies that will help your family work through difficult situations. I also treat adults struggling to adapt after the sudden, traumatic death of a loved one.
