About Me
I am someone that enjoys time outdoors, spent in nature, taking time to reflect. We are all in need of a little help sometimes. I offer a safe space to listen, reflect, and encourage personal growth. I value transparency, genuineness, and my ability to show up as a human with real reactions and expressions. I find I learn something new from every client, expanding my perspective.
Education & Experience
I graduated from my Master's in Counselling Psychology in 2021. I have valued learning after school completing an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training and continuing to learn about climate anxiety and impacts. My most recent learning with my EMDR certification this year has continued to inform how I work with clients. At the core, I am person-centered, valuing being a fellow human in the therapy room to make space for what each individual might be needing.
